ScriptBuilder allows a user to create question and answer scripts in up to ten different languages. Designed for use in help desk applications, it can be used where ever scripted responses are required. Each question can have up to ten different branches or solutions. The program allows the user to check the whole script for logical errors as well as language translation omissions. Once a script has been written it can be used in the Telephone Database Manager (Tk CMS™) provided by Telekinetix alternatively the script structure can be provided for development in an existing system or can be run standalone in TK ScriptEngine™. |
